RETURNS
We offer an exchange or refund on perfect and unused products returned within 28 days of purchase.
You can cancel your order at any time before your goods are dispatched, by confirming with an email to our customer services team. Once you have received your goods you have 28 days in which to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging in a sellable condition. Your refund will be processed once we receive the goods back and they have been fully inspected by our returns team.
In order for Wallpaper Depot to continue to offer great products at great prices, we will only cover the delivery cost to return an item if it fails to comply with your statutory rights. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer. [except where goods received are either faulty or incorrect]
