How accurate are the images on the website?
We will always try to provide accurate images; however, sometimes to due lighting and screen variations sometimes the images may slightly vary from the actual wallpaper – If you are unsure, we recommended ordering a sample first

Pattern match provides a measurement of how offset the pattern is in relation to the strip beside it
Will all the wallpapers have the same batch?
Yes, we always ensure all the wallpapers have the same batch before they are sent out, in case, this is not possible, an email will be sent out to you before dispatch to let you know and provide different options
I need a specific a batch, what shall I do?
If you are in need of a specific batch, please send a message before ordering to ensure we have that batch in stock

If I have ordered too much wallpaper or I have changed my mind, can I return for a refund?
Yes, you can return your items for a refund, this is done at the customers own expense. Once the items are returned, a refund will be issued. However, only items that are unused and unopened can be returned
